Any cancellations made more than thirty five (35) days prior to the scheduled check-in date are permitted and may be amended or cancelled without penalty. Any cancellations made within thirty five (35) days of the scheduled check-in date are strictly non-refundable, non-amendable, and no credits will be issued.

Cruise is weather and minimum passenger number dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Journey Beyond Cruise Whitsundays. If minimum numbers are not reached, an alternate date will be offered for your experience
Changes may occur due to cruise schedule changes and other factors. If a day cruise is cancelled, a notification to the contact details provided at the time of your booking will be sent
